How does per-device pricing work?
Each enrolled device counts as one seat. You are billed for the number of active devices at the end of each billing cycle. Adding or removing devices adjusts your next invoice automatically.
Can I mix plans across devices?
Each organisation is on a single plan. If you need different tiers for different teams, contact sales.
What counts as a device?
Any laptop, desktop, or server with the DotlyGuard agent installed. Mobile devices are not counted in the current billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
14 days, full platform access, no credit card required. At the end of the trial you choose a plan or your account is paused — your data is never deleted.
What happens if I need to upgrade?
You can upgrade your plan at any time from the admin console. The price difference is prorated for the remaining billing period.
